Which government systems and programs do you integrate with?

SupportAbility is currently solely focussed on integrations with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) for organisations operating under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). SupportAbility integrates with the NDIA provider portal for processing NDIS claims. SupportAbility also exports NDIA client data in the official NDIS NGO Data Collection format.

SupportAbility does not currently provide integrations with nor reports back to any other government programs, systems and services including:

• Any Minimum Data Set (MDS) collection systems
• Department of Social Services (DSS) Data Exchange System (DEX)
• WA Disability Services Commission (DCS) Annual Client and Service Data Collection (ACDC)
• Any and all other funding systems and programs
