How does SupportAbility define a user?

SupportAbility defines a user as any user account in the system that is marked as active and thus has the potential to log in. The standard SupportAbility subscription allows for 100 users, which means that you can have up to 100 user accounts in the system marked as active that can log into SupportAbility at any time. User accounts are deemed active whether the user is currently logged into SupportAbility or not.
