Does SupportAbility integrate directly with Microsoft office or Office 365?

SupportAbility does not integrate directly with Microsoft office or Office 365. 

For calendar integration purposes, SupportAbility provides read-only access to its roster via the webcal protocol. This allows popular calendar applications such as Microsoft Outlook as well as the calendar apps available on smartphones to subscribe to a SupportAbility roster. 

Once subscribed, the subscribing application will periodically ask SupportAbility for an updated version of the roster. It is important to note that the integration is read-only and rostered activities can only be edited in SupportAbility, not through the external calendar applications.
