Is SupportAbility accredited by the NDIA?

The simple answer is, SupportAbility is not NDIA approved. The NDIA do not approve, accredit or audit software for compliance. As a result, SupportAbility does not hold accreditations regarding compliance with audit requirements under NDIS, nor have we ever claimed to.

SupportAbility is a system-based solution many providers use to assist managing their requirements under NDIS such as generating bulk Payment Requests for processing via the MyPlaceProvider Portal, and to track & measure their participants' goal progress, amongst many other features to assist providers working in the Australian Disability Sector.
