SupportAbility Scheduled Maintenance and Outage Register

Periodically, scheduled maintenance is required to maintain the SupportAbility Web App and the SupportAbility Mobile App. During this time, the service will be down, usually for a period of between 5 - 60 minutes within a maintenance window timeframe. 

Planned outages may also be required in the case of a system upgrade. On occasion, unplanned outages may happen, and in case of such an occurrence, status updates regarding this will be provided below.
