Each night, a backup snapshot is taken of your SupportAbility installation and is moved to a geographically separate server, located in Australia.
Once it arrives at the backup server, the backup is decompressed, launched and tested to ensure that the backup is viable and able to be used in the event of an emergency, as part of our Disaster Recovery Plan.
Each nightly backup is stored for 30 days before being securely deleted.
Backups are included as part of the SupportAbility subscription fees and incur no additional charges.
All data (including backups) remains within Australia as per the Australian Privacy Principles guidelines outlined in the Privacy Act of 1988.
