Rate Cards (Non-NDIS) Usage Type labels

The Rate Card allows a provider six usage type 'slots' to enter rates for each service. Four of these are hourly slots and two of these are fixed to eight hour blocks. Time and a half and Double time are locked and calculated from the Base rate or first usage type slot for each service. 

Providers can enter desired rates into the subsequent usage type slots. For example, some providers change 'Coordination' to Saturday rate and 'Case Management' to Sunday rate and enter in the actual rates for these days of the week in the rate card against them.
