Can we build our own reports?

There are many reports built into SupportAbility to assist providers managing clients, staff, activities, expenditure, quarterly data collection (QDC) etc. 

Providers cannot however, produce their own reports within SupportAbility. SupportAbility Data Replicas can be commissioned under contract for access to the raw data. 

This access would allow your organisation to build your own reports and perform analytics on your SupportAbility data without relying on feature releases from us.
