Client Workforce tab overview
The Workforce tab is available if the Client participates in a Service that has been configured as an 'ADE Service' such as Supported Employment. This is where information relating to the Client's job skills and payroll is captured and stored.
This article provides an overview of the different sections of this tab in the Client record and includes a section regarding related learning content for reference.

Client Workforce tab overview
The Workforce tab is available if the Client participates in a Service that has been configured as an 'ADE Service' such as Supported Employment.
The tab is divided into multiple sections providing general information (e.g. work skills, strengths, support requirements, & strategies to assist productivity), workforce information (e.g. tax file number, wages, assessments), supported employee productivity, and observed behaviours.
The Client Workforce tab is divided up into the following sections:
- Information For - Is where an overview of General Information regarding the Client, as well as their Current Work Skills, Strengths, Ongoing Support Requirements and Strategies to Assist Productivity can be recorded.
- Workforce Information - This can be utilised to record information specific to the Client recording their employment.
- Support Employee Productivity Records - Basic records to track the Client's productivity against defined benchmarks can be added here.
- Observed Behaviour List - Allows the Client's observed behaviour to be monitored, including information such as the Setting, Trigger, Actions and Results.
