Staff Account - Reviews
This article outlines the information that may be recorded in a Staff Account relating to Staff Performance Reviews such as the Review Date, Score, Renewal Date, and Staff Member to Notify for Renewals.
Performance Review Documents that have already been uploaded to the Documents tab of a Staff Account may also be linked here and Notes recorded where required.

Who can access this tab?
The 'Reviews' tab of a Staff Account is only accessible to those with the 'Human Resources' privilege for the Site/Services this individual works in, or the global 'Human Resources For ALL Staff' privilege.
Assuming Staff have access to a Staff Account, but do not have one of the HR privileges, they will see the following notification displayed after selecting the 'Reviews' tab:
' Sorry, you do not have sufficient privileges to view or edit human resources information for this staff member'
What information is recorded on the Reviews tab?
The 'Reviews' tab of a Staff Account is where information relating to Performance Reviews may be recorded.
The Review record includes the following information:
- Review Date
- Reviewed By
- Review score %
- Renewal Date
- Renewal Notify Staff Member
- Document (linked from the Documents tab)
How to add a new Review
To add a new Review select the + Add a new review button:
This will create a Review record where each information field may be completed as outlined below.
Using the calendar icon, select the relevant 'Review Date' to indicate when the Review was completed:
The 'Reviewed By' field contains a complete list of all active Staff. Select the relevant Staff Member who completed the Review:
Review Score %
A percentage value may be entered in the 'Review Score %' field to reflect the Staff Member's performance level relative to your organisation's Review criteria:
Using the calendar icon, select the relevant 'Renewal Date' to indicate when the next Review is due to be completed:
Renewal Notify Staff Member
The 'Renewal Notify Staff Member' field contains a complete list of all active Staff. Select the relevant Staff Member to be notified when the next Review is due to be completed:
A Notification reminder with a link to the related Staff Account e.g. Dave will populate in the 'Staff Review Renewals' portal on the Dashboard of the person set to Notify e.g. Eden:
The timeframe of when this Notification displays on the Dashboard is relative to the 'Number of days advance notice' set for this portal in System Preferences.

The list of Documents available for selection is those Documents that have already been uploaded to the Documents tab of the Staff Account. The relevant Document file may be linked here by selecting the appropriate option e.g Performance Review - 21/09/2022:
Once selected and the Staff Account has been saved the Document can be viewed or downloaded via the related icons:
