Client Activities tab overview
The Activities tab includes a paginated list of all historic, current, and future Activities that the Client has been scheduled into and provides a variety of high-level information related to each respective Activity.
This article provides an overview of the different sections of this tab in the Client record and includes a section regarding related learning content for reference.

Client Activities tab overview
An overview of each Activity is available including when the Service was delivered, the Status of the Activity by way of Activity Icons (hover over these for an explanation of what each means), a link to the Activity itself, the Funding Source used in the Activity, the Support Workers rostered into the Activity, a button including the number of Journals added for the Client in the Activity, that when selected, opens these for reference, as well as the Chargeable Items, Hours and Total Value of these billing assets.
There are several navigation features available here, where you can choose to 'Go To Today's Activities' and filter the list of Activities displayed by utilising the search criteria available when the 'Show Client Support Service Filters' button is selected. This is also where you can 'Subscribe to this client's calendar' which will initiate the process in the default calendar in use, such as Outlook, via the
It is also important to note that Staff Members with the privileges required to manage Activities can create Activities for the Client from this tab and those with the Delete Records privilege can delete Activities from this tab provided Staff Time Sheets and or the Activity Sign Off has not been completed yet.
Each of the Activities listed is displayed in a different colour depending on the status of the Activity:
- Blue - Future Activity
- Green - Activity in progress
- Amber - Occurred retrospectively and awaiting Activity Sign Off
- White - Occurred retrospectively, Activity Sign Off Performed
