Activity Icons
SupportAbility uses icons as a quick reference guide to assist with interpreting data within Activity records, Reports and Searches relating to Activities.
Audience: Team Leaders, Support Staff
Where are Activity icons used?
Activity Icons are used in various locations related to Activities in SupportAbility:
- Activity wizard when creating and updating Activities
- Activity Record
- Clients: Activities tab
- Activity Search
- Activity Report
- Activity Clients Report
- Activity Staff Report
What is the purpose of Activity icons?
These icons serve as a quick easy reference guide to indicate the Status of Activities and provide information such as:
- Staff availability issues
- Staff Positions to be filled
- Conflicting Activities i.e. Staff Clashes or Client Conflicts
- Staff working hours (evening or overnight)
- Activity Complete, Staff Time Sheets not yet signed off
- Staff Time Sheets attached to a Timesheet Batch export
- Individual, Group, or Staff-only Activity
- Program of Support
- Activity scheduled, in progress, or complete
- Activity locked as Activity Sign Off has been
performed - Activity contains Client chargeable component/s or No Charge
- NDIS Funding Source listed and Support Items allocated or not allocated
- Invoices created for one or more Clients
