Sometimes email servers can incorrectly identify these important communications as spam or junk mail, meaning that they are deleted or quarantined and never reach their intended audience.  Therefore it is critical to ensure that your organisation's email server is configured to never identify mail sent from SupportAbility as spam or junk mail.
