How to ensure your organisation receives communications from SupportAbility
SupportAbility often distributes Release Notes and other important email communications to the nominated Authorised Representatives and other key staff within an organisation. It is of critical importance that these communications are received so that the organisation is stay informed in a timely manner and can manage implications accordingly.
Sometimes email servers can incorrectly identify these important communications as spam or junk mail, meaning that they are deleted or quarantined and never reach their intended audience. Therefore it is critical to ensure that your organisation's email server is configured to never identify mail sent from SupportAbility as spam or junk mail.
