Cases where the Support Log via Digital Signature may not be available

Please ensure that this feature is configured correctly prior to commencement and that staff are using the latest version of the web browser they use to access SupportAbility (Google Chrome is our recommendation). 

This is important as there are cases where the Support Log via Digital Signature feature may not be available: 

  • when the Client Mode PIN has not been configured for your organisation,
  • when staff are using outdated versions of Internet Explorer (IE 8 and older), or
  • due to a bug with Internet Explorer 11 where permission is denied.
