NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limit Updates - 2025/26

When the NDIA releases a new Pricing Arrangements and Price Limit Updates document (colloquially known as the NDIS Price Guide), it often brings with it many changes. 

Updates to the NDIS Price Guide outside of July 1 are also common. This article is used to communicate any and all changes in relation to updates related to the  2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits to SupportAbility subscribers.

2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits added to SupportAbility v9.1 (published on the 3rd of July, 2025)

SupportAbility v9.1 was released on Tuesday evening the 1st of July, 2025 and included the 2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits - effective 1 July 2025. 
This is now in use in Activities & External Invoices for services delivered on or after July 1st, 2025. that are not Signed Off, e.g.:
This includes an update to ensure that the Full Price for the relevant Therapy and Allied Health Supports is reduced to 50% in NDIS Support Allocations. 
N.B. The only exception to this is where a Client’s Price Guide Transition settings are configured not to utilise the latest Price Guide in Activities.

2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits release date (published on the 30th of June, 2025)

We expect to add the  2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits into SupportAbility on Tuesday evening, July 1st, 2025. Noting that this will only be utilised in Activities after July 1st, 2025, that are not Signed Off. 

However, there is a chance that this may be delayed to Wednesday evening, July 2nd, 2025, which will not be known until tomorrow. 

Important – to ensure the new Price Guide is utilised, it is recommended that providers do not Sign Off on Activities for services delivered from July 1, 2025, until the new Price Guide is available to SupportAbility.

A planned outage of up to 15 minutes is expected between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm AEDT while this is being added to SupportAbility.

Summary of the changes in the 2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and expected release date (published on the 23rd of June, 2025)

Our analysis of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26 has been completed, and we are pleased to announce the expected release date of the new Price Guide, as well as a summary of changes. 


Expected release date

We expect to add the  2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits into SupportAbility on Tuesday evening, July 1st, 2025. Noting that this will only be utilised in Activities after July 1st, 2025, that are not Signed Off. 

Important – to ensure the new Price Guide is utilised, it is recommended that providers do not Sign Off on Activities for services delivered from July 1, 2025, until the new Price Guide is available to SupportAbility.

N.B. This will continue to be called the Price Guide in SupportAbility, e.g. Price Guide: QLD 2025/26 - July 1st

What has changed in the latest Price Guide?

Many Support Items have an increased price, some have had a price decrease, and some have had a name change. 15 Support Items have been added, 211 Supports have changed prices, and 48 Support Items have been removed. 

Further details are available in the  Analysis Summary section below. 

50% capped price for Provider Travel for specific Therapy and Allied Health Support Items

In addition to the above, the price for 65 Therapy and Allied Health Support Items has been capped at a maximum of 50% for Provider Travel. 

As such, as part of the release of this Price Guide, when the Provider Travel Claim Type is utilised for these specific Support Items, SupportAbility will automatically reduce the Full Price of these NDIS Support Allocations in Activities to 50%. A blue message will also be displayed to indicate this. 

In this scenario, if a portion were selected, e.g. 1:2, it would be calculated based on the 50% reduced Full Price.  

Analysis Summary
  • 15 Support Items have been added

  • 48 Support Items have been removed
    • Most of these Support Items were Legacy Supports, with the exception of:
      • 01_049_0115_1_1 - Cross Billing Payments For Residential Aged Care Subsidies And Supplements
      • 06_182400121_0111_2_2 - HM - Access - Minor Door or Step Modification
      • 14_033_0127_8_3 - Plan Management - Set Up Costs
  • 211 Support Items have had a price change 
    • 18 Therapy and Allied Health Support Items have had a price decrease
  • 8 Support Items have a changed name

2025/26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits - under review (published on the 17th of June, 2025)

The 'NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26' was published on the NDIS website yesterday evening, along with a new Support Catalogue effective July 1st, 2025. 

The team at SupportAbility are currently analysing the changes, and we will provide more information regarding this as soon as possible.
